Steelers TE Jesse James is dealing with an ankle issue coming off the Minnesota game but plans to play Sunday in Chicago. James' health is important with Vance McDonald nursing a back injury. Backup Xavier Grimble, who played 16 snaps Sunday, is the primary backup for now.
