Marshawn Lynch was not at the Raiders walkthrough practice at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida on Tuesday. Raiders coach Jack Del Rio said Monday he expected Lynch, who has been reinstated from his one-game suspension for making contact with a referee, to join the team on Tuesday. Practices for Sunday night's game at the Miami Dolphins begin in earnest on Wednesday.
