Baker Mayfield remained noncommittal on whether he will play in Saturday's Senior Bowl. But the Heisman Trophy winning quarterback seemed pleased with his work after three days of practice in front of NFL coaches and scouts here in Mobile, Ala. When asked where he thinks he made the greatest strides, Mayfield said, "Taking control of the huddle, being able to verbalize and let the guys know that I know what I'm doing back there. And I think I made progress with my footwork under center, which has been the biggest challenge for me. Getting used to that, getting back under center, taking drops and the play fakes and whatnot." ... There is no question based on analysts' observations throughout the week that Mayfield only improved his draft stock through his performance and that noticeable command of the huddle.
